I was quite disappointed with my stay overall. The lack of hot water for a shower was inexcusable, and having to deal with that, along with dated facilities, made it hard to enjoy my time. On the bright side, I did find some staff to be very hardworking and genuinely helpful, which was a redeeming quality amidst the frustrations.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. While the staff, particularly Cherish, were friendly and accommodating, the room itself was in terrible condition and not at all as described in the listing. The convenience of having kitchen facilities is a plus, but overall, the experience left much to be desired.
